ISDP FORUM ON TRANSNATIONAL CRIME with Daniel Lindvall and Detective Inspector Magnus Sjöndin, the Swedish National Criminal Police

Daniel Lindvall worked for the EU Police Mission to Bosnia-Herzegovina between 2007 and 2008. 2001-2005 he held the position as Advisor to the Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina and was involved in the EU pre-accession negotiation process while working with the Office of the High Representative in 2005. In January 15 2010 he will defend his PhD thesis; “The Limits of the European Vision in Bosnia and Herzegovina – An Analysis of the Police Reform Negotiations”, at the Baltic and East European Graduate School at Södertörn University in Stockholm.

Magnus Sjöndin, Detective Inspector at the Swedish Criminal Police, is an expert on crime originating from the Balkans, especially Bosnia-Herzegovina. He travels frequently to the region.
