【亚投行开业专家谈】亚投行在参与全球治理中的风险与挑战
亚投行从2015年12月25日正式成立至今天的正式开业，在某种程度上是世界资本再次分配的又一次努力，是中国为全球金融治理与社会发展所贡献的东方智慧。当前，金融资本市场的剧烈波动，归根到底是没有解决资本的供求与平衡问题；如今南北世界发展差距的南辕北辙，溯其根源无非是资本一昧追求逐利效率而遗弃了尚在深渊的第三世界。“亚洲基础设施投资银行”正是为深渊中的第三世界构筑起腾飞的“基础”，将“躁动”的资本以“基础设施”的方式去服务于“世界脱贫”的伟大事业，只有改变了贫穷才能创造更多的资本，才能以更为强劲的资本流动性去维护世界金融市场的稳定，去推动人类发展的事业的不断进步。
