July 22, 2023: Niklas Swanström, ISDP’s Executive Director, was interviewed by SVT on why the U.S. contacted Sweden to help a soldier in North Korea.
“The times Sweden has acted as an intermediary have been quite successful. When it comes to North Korea, Sweden is probably the channel that is most appreciated internationally, and that is not bad praise for our Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” explained Niklas Swanström.
